90 Minute Team Training – Growth & Stress Paths

Build a healthy relationship with stressful seasons without ignoring moments worth celebrating.

The easiest way to identify when you’re stressed.

An Introductory Teaching on Stress Paths (Disintegration)

Disintegration usually manifests when we are in a period of increased stress or uncertainty. When we have exhausted all attempts in our main type and it doesn’t get us the results we want we begin to think like the Type in our direction of Stress. These behaviors tend to be unconscious and compulsive though they may not necessarily be destructive.

An Introductory Teaching on Growth Paths (Integration)

Unlike the Stress path, which is automatic and unconscious, the Growth path is intentional and requires conscious choice. When we start letting go of our personality fixations we allow room for the qualities we need for growth to become more accessible to us.

An inventory on frequent stressors.

Each participant will have time to share what stressors they have experienced frequently in the past, in the present moment, as well as what they anticipate in the near future. While not everyone is required to share, we do strongly encourage it as sharing allows for understanding on how to best work with each other.

See what they’re saying…

Getting to hear how everyone thinks, acts, and behaves the way they do was very eye opening. I’d love to have more trainings like this one!

It was so helpful to learn the basic desire and fear of my personality type. I was looking at it from my assumption so lining this up with my actual Type (5) makes a lot more sense than the Type I thought I was (2).

This training deserves a 10/10 rating! It gave me the opportunity to be introspective, something that doesn’t come naturally for me. I wish we had more time!
