90 Minute Team Training – Engaging in Conflict
Stop avoiding hard conversations.
A method for engaging in conflict that will help you overcome momentary discomfort for longterm harmony.
Teaching on Accepting Conflict
We clash about everything- responsibilities, strategies, decisions, goals, roles, shift times- the list goes on. Conflict is inevitable. So the question we must ask ourselves isn’t, “How can I avoid conflict from happening?” rather “How will I respond to conflict when it shows up?
Teaching on Common Frustrations & Tells
A frustration is something that consistently gets under your skin and can eventually leave to conflict. A “Tell” is how each Enneagram Type typically responds to frustrations.
Team Reflection Questions on Common Frustrations
Each participant will be prompted to share their common frustrations and what they typically need from others when feeling frustrated. While not everyone is required to share, we do strongly encourage it as sharing allows for understanding on how to best work with each other.
See what they’re saying…
Getting to hear how everyone thinks, acts, and behaves the way they do was very eye opening. I’d love to have more trainings like this one!

Montgomery ChiropracticIt was so helpful to learn the basic desire and fear of my personality type. I was looking at it from my assumption so lining this up with my actual Type (5) makes a lot more sense than the Type I thought I was (2).

BeardBrandThis training deserves a 10/10 rating! It gave me the opportunity to be introspective, something that doesn’t come naturally for me. I wish we had more time!
